3G proofs in the hotel: how the digital upload works in practice

The City Aparthotel Munich and the LINDEMANN HOTELS® in Berlin are already using our solution for uploading 3G proofs very successfully. How is the digital upload of 3G proofs used at your hotel?

We have completely changed our check-in to a self check-in service, also the registration forms can only be filled out digitally. In addition, our guests can now upload the COVID-19 proofs. The solution is also actively in use at our company and is currently indispensable. We already point out before the stay that the 3G rules apply and that the proofs have to be uploaded. Our guests like to use this and it speeds up the check-in process. Our guests are automatically reminded to provide proof of 3G certificates and can easily upload them via their own smartphone during online check-in. The option that you can refuse the tests or the verification is awesome. Here, our guests automatically receive an email that the verification is not valid, if we notice such a thing. We can then easily keep track in the backend whether the proofs have been deposited for all bookings or where the proof is still missing.

So far, the solution has been very helpful to us in the current situation and has minimized the workload in the daily hotel routine.
