straiv by CODE2ORDER's solutions support us in several areas. The so-called Journey Mailing facilitates our daily work in the hotel or in the front office enormously. We were looking for a product for an automated guest mailing for reservations, cancellations or changes in travel data and were able to cover these requirements perfectly with straiv by CODE2ORDER and the interface to apaleo. In addition, the complete check-in process is covered digitally via straiv by CODE2ORDER, which saves us a lot of time. We also use the digital guest folder, which we started with. We took it step by step with the goal in mind to avoid unnecessary administrative tasks & paper in the long run.
Basically, we noticed that already shortly after the introduction of straiv by CODE2ORDER, some registration forms were filled out digitally in advance. The backend of straiv by CODE2ORDER makes it possible for us to make our own adjustments, so we have adapted the settings to our wishes. E.g. the option to fill out the registration form in advance or to check in in advance is used regularly.
We already have all the contact data before the guests arrive and can therefore greatly shorten the check-in process. The solution plays a great part in simplifying the process when new guests arrive.
With the new update hotel guests can provide details of travel companions on the registration form, and the data is automatically transferred to our PMS apaleo. We are particularly pleased about this, as it allows us to automate the check-in process even further.
