Seamless contactless check-in with automated data transfer
Using the straiv by CODE2ORDER solution, guests can check in digitally via their own smartphone and without downloading an app, and fill out the registration form digitally. Alternatively, check-in is also possible via a kiosk (mobile tablet) at the reception. All data from the check-in slip is automatically transferred to protel’s PMS. Check-out can also be done by the guest via their own smartphone. All functions are available to guests without downloading an app. The processes are digitized and thus automated. Hotel staff no longer have to manually intervene in the processes and the work steps for check-in and check-out are minimized.
