New digital concept: collaboration between “Yours Truly” and CODE2ORDER

The Anna Hotel in Munich is to become “Yours Truly,” an upscale boutique hotel. There, the check-in process will be similar to the one at the airport: via the guests’ own smartphones, but without an app download.

With a new digital approach, Yours Truly, a 4* standard hotel, aims to revolutionize the guest experience in many areas. By consistently simplifying bureaucratic procedures, guests can devote themselves exclusively to the pleasant aspects of their stay.

Sustainable hotel concepts require new approaches in the field of technology

For this reason, the operators of “Yours Truly” work with the leading technology companies on the market. While implementing digital solutions, the focus should be on a high degree of flexibility in order to be able to react immediately to new circumstances. The solutions from straiv by CODE2ORDER support the hotel concept in consistently designing the guest journey according to the guests’ wishes. This can be seen, among other things, in the check-in process, which is oriented toward airlines – without an app download, quickly and easily on the hotel guests’ own smartphones. The hotel also relies on the cloud-based PMS by apaleo which provides a well and easily documented two-way interface.

The digital solutions give the team the freedom to take care of the most important thing – the guests.
