Everything you find on our careers page is genuinely still open. We update the list daily – as soon as a new Straiver comes on board, the advert disappears.

Your CV is the most important thing. We don't necessarily need a traditional cover letter, but it can help us understand your motivation and background.

We prefer you to use our portal – it's quick and ensures that your documents go straight to the right team. This allows us to respond more quickly and not waste any time.

Once we have received your application, we will review it as quickly as possible. You will usually receive an initial response from us within seven days. If we have any further questions, we will contact you directly.

We love focus and results. Our goal is a speedy process. It usually takes no longer than four weeks from the first message to the finished contract.

We usually conduct the first interview remotely to save time. However, we would be delighted to invite you to our office for further interviews so that you can experience the atmosphere on site, if circumstances permit.

In short: no. We are convinced that the best dynamic is created when we see each other regularly in person. That's why our model is hybrid: you work three days a week at our Stuttgart office and can spend the other two days working flexibly from home.
