Digital Concierge: The user-friendly Progressive Web App (PWA) bundles all relevant booking details, hotel services, and local recommendations in one central place. Guests can use the PWA directly on their smartphone without an app store download and access it anytime. The most frequently used information includes digital check-in/check-out details and food and beverage menus.
Integration with apaleo: The direct interface with the Apaleo PMS ensures automated, real-time synchronization of all data. This eliminates manual data entry, prevents errors when transferring registration form data, and creates a central, always up-to-date database. This significantly relieves the team and ensures legal compliance
