Fully automated guest journey: From booking confirmation to the digital registration form, communication is fully automated via email—the digital check-in process begins three days before arrival.

Digital Identity & Payment: Data entry and digital signatures are conveniently handled via the guest’s own smartphone; payments are completed before arrival.

Keyless access: Thanks to the partnership with Salto, guests receive their access rights directly in the web app. Whether it’s the hotel’s main entrance, the room door, or common areas: the smartphone becomes a digital room key.

Flexible self-service options: Guests decide for themselves whether to check in conveniently via mobile or on-site using a kiosk at the entrance.

Maximum process efficiency & cost structure: By eliminating manual check-in and payment processes, Schlafwerk was able to massively optimize its administrative capacity. 

No waiting time for guests: Since the administrative part is already taken care of before arrival, there is no need to go to the front desk at all.

Error-free data quality: By having guests enter their data directly into the digital system, transmission errors are avoided. Integration with the PMS ensures a smooth data flow in the background, while check-out is just as hassle-free and automatic.
