Our process is designed to help both sides get to know each other. Authenticity is particularly important to us - everyone should be able to openly show themselves as they are. We also believe that motivation counts more than a straightforward resume.
Initial conversation
Here we check if our expectations fit to each other.
Personal meeting
You will meet with your department and our People & Culture team. We get to know each other, talk about your experience and give you all the information about the role.
Optional: Special task
Depending on the position, you will be given a small task related to your future daily work.
Final meeting
Most of the work is done – finally, you will get to know the team even better. This will be an opportunity for a final informal exchange.

Questions about your application at straiv
The easiest way is to apply directly via our application form. However, you are also welcome to send us an e-mail with your CV, your earliest possible starting date and your salary expectations to jobs@straiv.io.
As long as the positions are advertised on our website, they are still open.
For your application, we only need your CV and details of your possible start date and salary expectations. A cover letter is optional. If you wish, you are welcome to send one to tell us more about your motivation and background – this helps us to get to know you even better.
Once we have received your application, we will review it as quickly as possible. You will usually receive an initial response from us within seven days. If we have any further questions, we will contact you directly.
We will, of course, do everything we can to complete the process as quickly as possible. In most cases, we can have the contract on your desk within 3 to 4 weeks of your application.
Sure, we are always happy to receive exciting applications! Simply apply using the “Unsolicited application” form and let us know which area you can imagine working in. If you are basically a good fit for us, but there is no suitable position at the moment, we will be happy to add you to our talent pool and contact you again as soon as there is something suitable.

However, we’ll do what we can to accommodate you – if you have a long way to travel, we’ll also make it possible for you to get to know us online.
