We have the Digital Registration Form in use and are recording enormous time savings here due to the registration forms of the guests that have already been filled out in advance. In addition, the digital companion for hotel guests offers us fast and contactless communication channels with the guest. With the solution, complete and up-to-date hotel information and excursion tips are available to guests online in the web app at any time and can be booked via their own smartphone, as can the food and beverage menu.

How does the digital reporting form make internal work processes easier?

Since we have been using the Digital Check-in solution, we have complete data records, less data is lost, as we no longer have a set of slips of paper. In addition, we naturally save time in the entire check-in process, which benefits us in other areas.

How do the solutions support you in the current situation with hygiene requirements?

The digital contactless solutions help us a lot, especially the contactless ordering of Green Choice (the cancellation of daily room cleaning) and table reservations. The use of the contactless services is far above our expectations. Guests use these services often and gladly and also give positive feedback.

What is your assessment of how the hotel industry will develop in the future? What do you expect from our solutions in the future?

We expect further digitalization also in the area of check-out, payment and invoicing, this is progressive and in the interest of business travelers. We are already looking forward to the new developments at straiv by CODE2ORDER that are in the pipeline.
