With straiv by CODE2ORDER a digital guest journey succeeds. The sylc. Apartmenthotel was able to simplify and automate work steps, thus saving valuable time that is used for personal guest service.

Contactless check-in and check-out without waiting times for hotel guests
For the check-in and check-out process, the hotel uses solutions from straiv by CODE2ORDER as a digital companion for the guest and Assa Abloy for the locking system installation in conjunction with the PMS protel on premise. Immediately after booking, guests will receive a notification with the booking details and a link to check-in online. Via the link, the registration form can already be filled out in advance and a digital signature can be provided. Shortly before arrival, guests are informed about excursion possibilities, insider tips of the hotel and all important information that is important for the journey. Upon arrival at the hotel, all information for check-in can be entered at the Check-in kiosk. The room card is independently activated at the coding station and the rooms can be entered directly.

To enable this process, solution providers straiv by CODE2ORDER and ASSA ABLOY developed the common interface and integrated the solutions. The guest communication, as well as the control of the Check-in kiosk is taken over by straiv by CODE2ORDER, the coding device, the locking system and the key cards are provided by ASSA ABLOY installed and provided. The interface to PMS protel and the payment provider concardis also enables automation of the entire check-in and check-out process.

Guests can use the straiv by CODE2ORDER web app to check-in on their smartphones and fill out registration forms. In addition, payment can be taken care of during the check-in process and the room doors can be opened with a slide.
Alternatively, hotel guests have the option of checking in upon arrival via a check-in KIOSK at the reception. At the KIOSK guests then activate the room card (key card coding) independently and can move into their rooms without waiting.
The interfaces to partners protel, Assa Abloy and concardis ensure that the entire process is automated in the background.
