What is the greatest benefit of straiv by CODE2ORDER solutions for you in everyday hotel life?

The greatest benefit for us is clearly the Digital Registration Form. But other functions such as the Digital Guest Directory, the Menu or the “Places of Interest” module also make everyday life a lot easier for us. On the one hand, this saves a lot of paper and time, and on the other hand, changes can be made very quickly and easily at the click of a mouse and made available to the guest.

How is the Digital Registration Form currently used by guests?

The Digital Registration Form is much more widely accepted by our guests than we originally thought. And this is not only the case for younger guests, but also for guests of an advanced age who send us their registration form data digitally before their arrival. Surprisingly, the number of private travelers is very high.

The time saved by our employees during the check-in process is enormous. The great thing is that this time saving is not only noticeable on the part of our employees, but is also perceived very positively on the guest side. Even the promotion of events or our e-bike rental works smoothly and easily via straiv by CODE2ORDER. In addition, we reach the majority of our guests in a short time.

Do the solutions from straiv by CODE2ORDER help you in the current situation with hygiene requirements? Can you reduce contacts through digital solutions?

Especially now that distance and hygiene are particularly important, the digital solutions for our hygiene concept from straiv by CODE2ORDER help us enormously. Thus, of course, another touch point is eliminated during check-in when handing out and handing over the registration form. Also the removal of printed menus and guest directories in the rooms saves our housekeeping a lot of time and work.
