For the optimization of administrative processes around guest services, the software manufacturer Oracle Suite8 and the hotel tech company straiv by CODE2ORDER offer a jointly developed interface. All processes, from check-in to check-out, are designed to eliminate manual administrative tasks – which in turn ensures a high degree of flexibility in personal guest service.

An additional benefit: The lean processes lead to significant cost savings for hotel operations in the long term.

Not only the check-in and check-out, but also the payment and the filling in of the registration form can be done by the guest himself, via smartphone or laptop. This eliminates the need to manually fill out and transfer data, allowing for efficient and paperless reception.

Thanks to the web app of straiv by CODE2ORDER, the guest has all relevant information regarding his reservation at a glance. For example, the personal room number, a virtual room key, the reservation number, the reservation status or open invoice items are provided to him. In addition, the invoice can be sent automatically after check-out.

The Hafenhotel Meereszeiten in Heiligenhafen uses several solutions from straiv by CODE2ORDER. In addition to digital check-in and check-out, they also use automated guest messaging. In combination with the Oracle Hospitality Suite8 system, all processes of the reception can thus be automated, whereby the Hafenhotel Meereszeiten could register an enormous time saving in the daily routine.
