Boutique Hotel THH622
The first one is the boutique hotel THH622. The hotel has been using our digital Check-in & out and Guest Journey Messaging solutions in combination with our partner, the PMS provider apaleo.

We continue with the Stadt- gut Hotel und Gasthof Goldener Adler in Schwäbisch Hall. The hotel is using our Digital Guest Directory application. The user-friendliness for guests and the quick setup of the solution were convincing.

Aletto Hotels
After the lockdown, we interviewed Ricardo Hödebeck, Marketing, aletto Hotels and discussed the benefits of digital solutions.

Followed by the City Aparthotel Munich, which has the Digital Registration Form, as well as the Digital Guest Directory for a contactless service in use.

The Best Western Plus Parkhotel Maximilian Resort & Spa also uses the Digital Registration Form and the Digital Guest Directory and is thrilled.

In addition, the digital companion for hotel guests offers us fast and contactless communication channels with the customers. Hohenlohe Ring Hotel
The penultimate hotel on the list was Ringhotel Hohenlohe, which showed how easy it is to digitize internal processes and thus save time for staff and guests. Together with our partner, the PMS provider protel, we displayed the digital Check-in & -out in the hotel.

SI-SUITES Stuttgart
Our local hero SI-SUITES in Stuttgart will close the tour. There, our Check-in & -out solution is also in use together with the Guest Journey Messaging solution – in connection with the PMS of our partner protel.
“Currently, straiv by CODE2ORDER is an integral part of our complete guest journey. Primarily, we use the Digital Registration Directory and the Guest Journey Messaging to map the check-in process completely in advance. This includes information on parking reservations, breakfast preferences and much more. With the digital process, we save about 1.5 hours a day during the actual check-in process on site, as all data is automatically stored,” says Anja Neumeister, SI-SUITES Rooms Division Manager.
